convertible symmar 360/620mm

Hello,

Last week in an estate auction I bought ("for a couple of bucks") a hughe large format convertible symmar 360/620mm mounted on a compound #5 shutter. Due to his size, this massive lens covers larger than 8x10 (the format I intend to use it).
Does anybody has information or technical data about this lens ?
