Contax RTS III

Hi,

i have a question related to my Contax RTS III. Can my camera still take pictures without this metal piece? I’m currently travelling and I will wait to be home to ask someone to fix it for me. Any Idea about that someone?

That's a transport roller, without it the film might be scratched, taken up loosely causing a jam, or not be flat at the film plane. You won't know for sure until you try it. Load a roll and see what happens.
