Its actually not too hard if yours has the ribbons. Its a little bit fiddly in places, but there are plenty of tutorials to guide you through.

Haberdashery. 3mm ribbon, bought 3 types, one fitted nicely, thin, the right width, no stretch. They were all out of 3mm grosgrain.
