I think he's on holidays. I got this email the other week from him:

The Photo Shop will be unable to dispatch any orders between the dates of 26th June to 6th July 2014 due to a holiday closure. Any orders received during these dates will be dispatched Monday 7th July. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
