I recently started developing my own films and to my own surprise: I love it! I develop Kodak Tri-X in Rodinal 1+50. My question: if I shoot Tri-X at 400, 800, 1600 and 3200 - is it possible to get one consistent look with Rodinal?

Depending on what you mean by 'look', yes. It'll be a spectrum, as the speed goes up,
there will be fewer steps between black and white, but there will be a family resemblance.
