Amazing! How do you keep the blade sharp?

LOL, I wish...fortunately when you buy them by the box the blades are not too expensive. We change them out a few times every day, especially if there are lot of 8-ply Alpharag mat orders. That mat is thick and tough so it really goes thru blades quickly. A high end mat cutter for a custom frame shop costs about $1200. We spend more than that every year just on the blades.

I've seen this machine in action. FDI is a class act. :smile:
