Nikon F4, two LCDs seen in the DP-20 viewfinder 👻

Way to fix this: none

What are your most beautiful broken LCDs?

I'm counting clicks when I set the ISO, don't need no LCD.

The day will come … 👻

My very first camera and first contact with photography is an eos 300 (2004), i am afraid that day will come and I will lost my first camera forever  but so far I still shoot some rolls per year with no issue.

If it breaks, I think i will spend any money needed to fix it 🤣 yes, you can get romantic about the cheapest plastic slr on the market.

My recently acquired EOS cameras from 1987 and 1989 still have brilliant LCDs in the viewfinder 😎

nice to hear!! I've got a couple of eos 650 very cheap, tl have the first generation in my collection, and they do work. Let's see in a couple of decades 👀

Early EOS (600/620/630/650/RT) just work. Amazing cameras then and still impressive today.

You own an OM-3?

Oh please show us this jewel!

Apologies for the photo, it’s s a struggle in winter getting a picture with a good background that avoids the clutter in the house!

I was fortunate to be able to buy the OM-3 with the 50mm Macro and an f/3.5 21mm from a photographer friend when he changed to a Nikon F4.

What a beauty! Thanks for the photo!

Worthy of Philbert and certainly his favorite playmate 🤩

It had a slight smear of oil on one of the front lenses. I had this fixed by a professional.

Ooo, very nice! Have you had the chance to use it much?

I got to see a second-hand one up close years ago (turn of the century maybe or just before) in Jessops Glasgow branch (Jessops were a national chain of camera stores before they went bust and re-emerged as an on-line business).

And it looks like an OM-Labor lens lurking in the rear on the left?

And it doesn't have an LCD that could break …

But watch out for that lovely front optic!

I picked up an f/3.5 18mm super wide (relatively) cheaply because the front was covered with lots of very fine scratches, it pains me what happens to some lenses.

Not yet. In order to work properly with it, the camera has to be on a tripod. And I'm not always motivated to do it. But there are enough motives for this in Vienna.

Indeed an 35/2.8 I could not resist 😇
