Comparing versions of Nokton 35mm f 1.2

Has anyone seen or read a comparison of the two versions of the CV Nokton 35 mm f 1.2 lens? Cameraquest has both available, the original cheaper than the new one. What are your thoughts?

Isn't one 39 MM LTM Screw mount & the other Leica m mount ?
