The license is transferable and the software is Mac, not sure if the dongle will work with both. As I recall, the charge for software for anadditional machine is very nominal but I will check it out if someone is interested.
Colorburst's basic plan is to stick with a system that is based on printer size rather than printer manufacturer so, at least their current thinking, when they have done the code for the Canon iPF 5000 it will be a free upgrade for owners of the 17" software and the same for larger sizes when they do the HP z3100, etc. All of this is subjectto change. They had originally planned on havign the Canon software done by early this year but decided to do the upgrade for the 3800 first and now who knows when the Canon or HP software will be written? I am in fairly constant touch with Colorburst and they won't even give anestimate at this time, hence my desire to sell a fairly expensive item that has no use in my shop for the forseeable future.
