There are ISO standards, but they aren't particularly useful because variable contrast systems don't use them, and they really only reflect the results from measurements using a reflection densitometer, not the visual appearance of prints.

Exactly. Which is what the contrast control document says, but which the box leaflet doesnt say.

its iso grade 5, but yeah it might be off a little, but yeah it might be off a lot - basically is what it says

(i havent see the new box leaflet yet)

I believe someone posted that there are no leaflets in the new boxes. I don't know if that might be temporary.
