For your donation funds is a close up lens set. I have no idea about compatibility with other tlrs but I used it previously with a Yashica 124g which leads me to believe it is a b30 or 30mm filter.
The set comes with 2 pieces, +1 viewing lens and +1 taking lens marked as Rondo. Comes with a case.
