Clear archival envelope or bag for matted 7"x17” prints?

I am looking for a clear archival envelope or bag to put matted 7"x17” prints in when delivering them to a customer who wants to provide their own frame. I would also like the envelopes just to keep my own unframed prints safe from dust. My mats are a nice even 23 7/16th x 14 1/8th. I am assuming the closest I could find would be 15”x24”. Any ideas on a US vendor that also offers good service?
