Is the Radeka system 4x5 and do you know if it's the anti-newton glass?

I don't think any answers are going to affect my decision to get the pin registration system and Beseler arms. DM'd

its 4 x 5 but you can also use it for 35mm and medium format if i remember correctly the kit also has 2 registration pins that i used for 4 8 x 10 but of course the glass carrier will not work you can see them in the picture.
