I just found some of my old negatives and would like to use them. The problem is that some of the good ones have molds on emulsion side. Is there any way of cleaning it.

I'd try a non-aqueous solvent such as film cleaner first. If that doesn't work, scan the negatives so you'll have at least that much of a record, and then try water based cleaning.
