I got some developing goop smudged and smeared on one of my pack film prints (admittedly it was improperly stored too soon after peeling). Is there a way to clean it off?

If it's dried it may not come off. A bit of water may rinse it off, but I have seen prints marred by the extra chemicals touching it after peeling. Hot water will lift the emulsion.

Thanks. I think what I thought was goop is actually uneven development from not storing the print properly. I took the opportunity to learn how to recover the negative, and I'm going to try to make some color contact prints from it.

I had two prints that got stuck together like that too- the surface isnt so pretty

I hope you'll let us know how that goes!
