CLA on a FTb QL

I sent a Canon FTb QL to Steve at cameraclinicusa.com. I got it back today and put a roll of XP2 thru it in the local forest.
WOW, it's like shooting a brand new camera. along with the clean and lube, he also fixed a pinhole in the cloth shutter and adjusted the shutter speed.

I highly recommend Steve if you need a camera fixed.

Curious how you got a pinhole in the shutter, unless the mirror was locked up for a period of time.

no idea,
I bought it off eBay, there was a bow in the shutter curtain also, so at a minimum the shutter was left cocked for a very long time.
