Can anyone recommend a good resource for CLA and possible repair for a Kodak Retina Reflex III? Preferably in the US.

It's been sitting in my drawer for 13 years or so. (Not sure I want to admit how long it took to figure out the latch on the back.) I grabbed a manual from butkus.com, and everything seems to be almost working. There are issues with shutter/wind interlocks and such, but those could just be gunked up parts that aren't moving.

This is the camera that was always hanging around my Grandfather's neck on the too rare occasions that I spent time with him, so I'd like it working if at all possible.

It's a camera which most repairpeople really don't want to deal with.
A proper dismantling is very complicated, so if you do find someone, it probably won't be cheap.

A few well-placed drops of lighter fluid could solve the problems you mentioned, though that involves some risk-taking on your part.
If the risky solution appeals to you, post again and I'll try to explain in more detail and/or give links for repair help and tutorial pages.

Between myself and my father, we have bought five of these but only three work now.

I think most camera repair people will run off and hide under the table if you say Retina reflex III to them!

SK Grimes did my Retina Reflex a few years ago, at a cost of $150. They said that though they seldom do 35mm work, the fact that I was keeping an old family camera in working condition made it a job they were willing to take on. The camera works like it was made yesterday. Great folks.

Thanks all. I was hoping for one name, now I have three, and I've heard great things about all of them.
