Leica M-A, 28mm Summicron Asph v2, Acros II, DF96

One of these is not like the other

Acros II.

Dean's Camera Repair, Torrance. If you think the outside looks rough...

It's been so hot here, that the coldest my tap water gets to is 80. Which means I have to use the continuous agitation process with DF96

Nikon F6, Sigma Art 50, Kentmere 400, DF96 @80

Love the contrast and tonality of your pictures, @Huss.
Do you also use other developers and how do they compare to DF96?
Any preferred D96/film combo?

Tomro - thank you. Frankly I am only using DF96 because I do not have the space/storage for the other chemicals! If I had more room I would try the normal developers as I know they are excellent. I use DF96 because it is only one small bottle to store, and very simple to use.

So say we all (when we use Df96, anyway).

I'm in the same boat myself, but with the results you get, I'm not sure I'd try anything else except in the pursuit of a specific look.

I scan my film with a digicam and print. I have not done any direct optical printing but the negatives look good - same as film I sent out to be developed traditionally - so I don't expect there to be much difference.

One day, I will have my own darkroom again. And that day will come!

I hope that day comes sooner rhater than later.
