Good composition. Your eye is led in and out of the image. I notice that is true with good composition when I view it. Also the character expressed is interesting..almost can hear them whispering a thing or two perhaps about passersby. Was interested to learn about photographer and that title included 'bums'...some pretty well dressed/self respecting bums by today's standards, huh? Anyway..just some observations.
