CD-4 in Canada

Where can I get this stuff in Canada.....that is also who will ship it to me (Montreal).

I went to ArtCraft and they have some at a reasonable price ( I am willing to buy a lifetime amounty... . But they will only ship UPS ($18-$25 extra) and UPS charges an aditional $30 for brokerage fees..... A half pound ($38) got a lot more expensive fast........

I use artcraft also for my chemicals. Unfortunately shipping ormd chems out of the country has become very expensive.
Just wondering why we are discussing a color developer in the black and white forum?
Maybe an administrator can move this thread.
