This is a cased Cased Optimus accessory shoe turret finder for use on rangefinders such as Leica. The finder has optics for 2.8, 3.5, 7.3, 9.0, and 13.5cm frames. It also features diopter and parallax correction.

The condition is fair as it has some internal haze and dust, but it it is still usable. I have bargain priced this.
