Yup, 4X5 with minimal movements is about it. These were common on pre-anniversary Speed Graphics which only had a little rise.

If you're looking for one, I've got one in the classifieds...

The standard answer for coverage: "Depends on how close you focus". I've shot on 4x5 with a CZJ 13.5 cm f/4.5 Tessar, with LOADS of room for movements -- when focused to around 1:2 image ratio. Focused at infinity, it will barely cover 4x5 (those lenses were originally intended for 9x12 cm plate cameras, negatives a little smaller than 4x5; a 15 cm Tessar covers 4x5 at infinity with a comfortable level of allowable movements).
