Do those hat's y'all wear come with the class, or are they a prerequisite?

Yes it is. I do not know what the world will look like at the end of October, but the Park is open and the workshop is still on. It is before "flu season" normally hits this part of the world, so I think it will go. I do not have the latest info on accommodations. Normally the AA Gallery has space saved at the Lodge, but one would need to contact the Gallery...probably the sooner the better.

I have been talking with Matthew Adams and the Gallery concerning re-opening strategies. I already limit the number of participants to 6 which will help. We'll spend the first two of the four days in two groups of three participants shifting between darkroom and field work. This and other work-arounds will keep the number of people in an enclosed space below the recommended amount, yet have a full-on workshop experience.

As I see it the key to this is whether any two people at any time have to spend more than few minutes in close proximity and also the ages of the participants. You rely on the good sense of the participants not to turn up if they feel at all under the weather. A desire to take the course if they feel they might not get another chance mustn't outweigh the risk to others they may pose

Best of luck I hope everything including the health of the participants goes well
