I've always gone to this site for b&w developing times, but something has changed and I can't read it to follow to the right place. There is a chart that shows up small to the right, but when I click on it, it doesn't come up. I can't tell if there's info leading me on. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

There is some restructuring going on on the site, i guess they will set it straight.

When the sites back up, one of us will translate for you. It's under development right now (kinda funny, when you think about it)

Thank you. A few months back I had a similar problem finding the spot, but with some clicking here and here I found it. I marked it again, then went back to find it gone again. I won't give up. I appreciate you both taking the time to answer.

No worries. I need a good excuse to practice my German...you don't hear it much here in New Mexico...

If you are browsing with IE you could always go to that site, hit that little down arrow by the word 'Page' on the right side of your toolbar and select 'Translate with Live Search'. There is no info on that page but you can navigate and translate as you go.

Yes, that's German. Phototec is a well known photo retailer with a long history esp. in b/w and darkroom stuff. The owner started the oldest german forums for b/w resp. film photography which moved to a new server two days ago: http://forum.phototec.de/.

Indeed German, which I am fluent in. You are doing the right thing clicking on the calculator icon. It appears to me that the link to the developing times calculator is simply broken. For me it just brings up the same page in another tab... I couldn't find a place to report it (pretty lousy site IMHO...). You'll just have to check back later.

There are alternative sites for developing times (or you could test yourself...). And, there are always the manufacturers' recommendations.
What information exactly are you looking for that you can only find on the phototech site?

Good luck,

It's working again. Thank you, all!
