People have been buying it up in quantity and stockpiling it in advance of the next price increase
due in Aug. No big deal unless you are yourself a high volume user. The distributors themselves will logically try to replenish inventory before the price increase, unless something fishy happens and
Fuji stonewalls in order to get the higher price - not likely, since most mfgs honor the actual date
of requisition.
 
I don't shoot that much fuji...but didn't they do this in may? Is this a second increase?
 
I just bought some from Adorama. They seem to still have some.
 
Ok thank you guys. I just panicked I guess.

I try to place an order in Adorama this morning at noon and while I searched in all the other websites I realized they all ran out, momentarily, apparently.

I'm not sure I've ever made a purchase from Adorama when it was in stock! Usually buy with their out of stock notice and it has taken anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 days to fill the order. I think I've stockpiled near 80 rolls now, so I won't be buying for a while.
 
Plenty of it being sold out of Hong Kong on eBay. No real issues with its quality as far as negative feedback, so I assume it's okay.
 
Can we stop these freak out posts every time B&H or Adorama show a certain film out of stock? These seem to be popping up more and more.

Well, it rarely runs out in all of three major film supply websites at the same time! and Fuji does not keep up-to-date their own website, what do you expect me to do if i need it right away ??
 
adorama had it wednesday night when i placed my order but they just told me it is now backordered. Oh well. Will be patient, but as many say, if sales are this hectic, they should get the message that someone wants the stuff and crank out more.

but they are shipping the 4x5 and i assume this locks in the price i paid for 4 pro packs....

I hope this film is going well and available for long time, it is my top favorite film to be honest, I have some in my fridge, but i may use them in the future so quick.

Yes, if you have placed a back-order, even if when our stocks are refreshed we are charged a higher price, we will honor the price displayed when you placed your order
