I've used this on film cameras, DSLRs and a Fuji GFX. It performs perfectly on all three and images are crisp, clean and sharp.

If it's optically similar to earlier Canon t/s lenses it's also anamorphic: can stretch the image somewhat. That can be useful, just as in cinema.
