Wow, a camera like the T90 for eighty bucks...good times!

Yep, a very good price. In 1987 I paid around $NZ2200 for the T90 body alone. The 300TL was an extra $NZ400 or so.
Can't be exact on the prices as I traded some gear as a deposit and I have lost some of the receipts.

Mine still gets occasional use with no problems to date. Nowadays I prefer to use ans F1-N or an EF which I bought from
an APUG user. The bigger problem these days is we are running out of repair techs in OZ. My favourite repairer in Dubbo,
who, I believe, Tony L has also used, has hung up his wrenches.

There are still repair techs in the US that can fix these guys up. I had one a few years back that developed a sticky shutter and it came back good as new. This really is a smokin' deal for anyone using the FD system, the T90 is one of the coolest cameras Canon made for that line.
