Hi, i found one canon lens CANON ZOOM LENS SV 11-66MM f1.2 and i am interested what kind of lens is this? Can it be used on Canon DSLR (550D exactly)?

No. The image circle is too small. This is a lens from a very early Canon still video camera. It was designed for a 6.6 by 8.8mm sensor (a 'crop factor' of slightly less than 4.) Here is an article by Jarle Aasland about the RC-760, a 0.6 MP camera from 1987, this lens was designed for.
