Canon Pro-2100 Printing Canvas Wrap Fold Marks using Prof. Print & Layout

My Canon Pro-2100 is printing canvas wrap fold marks. I'm using Canons professional print and layout software Gallery Wrap Layout mode. I have tried unchecking add fold marks to no avail. Support told me to do that but the manual says they will only show in the preview and they wont print. Well in the prview they look like dotted lines and on the print they show up as a white line. I have been on the phone twice with Canon support, geeze I the two techs I spoke with don't seem to actually know the software and they are good at searching for answers either.
