I have a Canon P that needs the rangefinder aligned and calibrated, I would also like to have a CLA on it. Any recommendations for a repair technician/ shop in the US to do the work?

You might try Steve at the Camera Clinic in Mandan, ND. He works on vintage Canon SLR's , and may work on rangefinders too.

I used USCamera.com for the repair of a canon 35mm f2 in an L39 mount.

I was quite happy with it. They explained to me exactly what they were doing and why they did or didn’t do something with it.

Same ‘vintage’ of lens as your camera so maybe???

Since you're in AZ, you might look to Advance Camera in Portland, OR, or find somebody on Mike Eckman's list. As a Canon P owner, I'd be interested to hear how it goes. Good luck.
