The glass is in excellent shape even though the barrel looks quite worn.
Iris blades are clean and snappy. I'm not sure how to price this since threre are no recent sales and the BIN's on ebay are outrageous.

$115 for ANY 50/1.2 seems like a bargain to me.

I have one these lenses. They are pretty good. If I did not have one I would go for this one.

do FL go into the Canon AE-1 ?

It will fit the AE-1, but FL lenses all have manual apertures, so that remains even on the FD body.
