Canon F and A Series and Accessories screw specs range?

Does anyone know if Canon standardized screw fasteners on the F and A Series cameras and their accessories, I'd like to buy an assortment of metric screws but need to know how long is the range.

the manuals show canon part numbers for each screw. there is probably some overlap between models.

Too long screws are most easy to shorten.

Yup...making them longer is more difficult, unless you have the proper bolt stretcher.
