Want to Buy Canon ES-E1 or Meta35 for EOS 1V

Looking for either the original Canon cable and software or the Meta35 adapter and appropriate cable.

Terrible shame the Meta35 is lost to us--really don't like when a niche product like this reaches the end of its commercial and the creators don't open-source the design. If they aren't interested in making money with it, why shouldn't it live on?
