Dieses Modell hier ist also keine "Ur-Canonet", sondern wäre treffender wohl als "Ur-QL-Canonet" bezeichnet, denn es ist die erste Canonet mit dem Quick-Load-System. Die "17" steht übrigens für die Lichtstärke des Objektives.

since it's an auction, I'm not able to predict the final item price... it's entirely up to you and the other bidders

Regarding shipping costs: DHL (which I find the most reliable and, comparatively, the least expensive) is going to charge €47,99 for a parcel of up to 5kg to the U.S., incl tracking and insurance. And of course U.S. Customs may want a small share as well.
