The lens comes with a mint, hard to find original black Canon s-50 hood, Canon hood case, Canon rear cap and a filter.

The lens barrel is clean and well maintained but there is some wear on the black paint parts, there are no dents.
The glass is clean and clear.
There are no scratches, no fungus, no haze.
There is no oil on aperture blades.
Focus is even, aperture clicks solid.

With the hood, this is a good deal. I already have this lens and thoroughly love it. I paid a bit more than asking price here, and dang, I wish mine had that hood.
