Can someone identify this mount for me?

I bought this lens - on it it says:

FUJINON-TV Z
1:1.9/10-140
FUJI PHOTO OPTICAL CO.

I am trying to identify the mount and see if I could mount it on any camera system I have (Olympus Pen F, Pentax/Olympus/Minolta, Beaulieu 16mm, etc)

B4 2/3"

Fuji themselve call it:

2/3" Bayonet.
 
Since it is for a video camera it is likely there won’t be enough room for a mirror in a full frame 35mm camera, so 16mm Beaulieu maybe or Pen F, but you need to know the flange depth of this lens to figure it out, and then find someone who will make an adapter.
 
As mentioned, this won't work an any full-frame 35mm -- and I seriously doubt 1/2 frame, too. Some adapters might be made, and a video shop would be able to help.

I know Minolta made a adapter to put its lenses on movie cameras with a C-mount, but there was never an adapter to do the reverse.
 
A very interesting adapter. It requires compensating optics -- and is the most expensive converter/adapter I have ever seen.
 
Which makes one wonder what benefit these B4 2/3" lenses would have against lenses to be mounted to a Canon EF-mount camera without compensating optics and this price.
 
The mount's name, in my understanding, is B4 2/3. It is a fascinating adapter. Optics for compensation is required.

The flange distance for the B4 mount is reported to be 48mm (quite long) but unfortunately the rear of the lens clearly comes well within the flange so it will probably foul on any SLR.
Adapting to MFT should be practical, but AFAIK there aren't any readily available adapters.
 
48mm FFD is not particularly long, Nikon is 46.5mm, M42 is about 45.5mm so insufficient room to build adapters without optical adaptations. Of course if the rear element protrudes that’s a done deal.

Not amazingly long for an SLR, but cine mounts tend to be very short c-mount is ~15mm, cs & d are shorter still.
From the look of the image I'd estimate the rear of the lens protrudes ~10mm behind the flange so I guess it might just clear the mirror on APSC cameras. Should be OK on rangefinder mounts & mirrorless models (even those like the Pentax K-01 with SLR mounts)

I used an Angenieux 9-126mm with a B4 mount on my Olympus Pen. It had two zoom ranges and a built -in 2x mafgnifying lens block for changing ,plus an adjustment knob for matching perfect focus.

The short range vignetted but the longer range worked fine. I suppose the lens was calculated for the colour dividing prisms in the old Sony ENG cameras, so the thick glass stack in front of MFT sensors did not matter that much. I would assume that the Fujizoom was intended for such ENG cameras.

Yes, the complicated, purely mechanical, adapter was not cheap, but worked well-
