I recently bought a Horseman Convertible from a Japanese seller, and as usual didn't pay any attention to the strap that came with it. I just picked it up today, however, and noticed that it has a type of clip that I've never seen before:
Is this a super common thing that has simply never run across my path? If so, I'd love to know what they're called so I can buy more! They're really, really convenient.
It's like the old hippie and Southwest camera strap clips, but the metal one shown above is wider and flattened more. I've used the straps like these below w/ TLRs, they work fine, and I like the way you can so easily attach and detach the strap. But the op's pic above shows a strap clip that is even better.
Ooh that is similar! I really dig these, since they fit in both the standard TLRish rectangular lugs (on my Autocord, Diacord, and the Horseman) and in the triangular rings I bought a set of on Amazon ages ago.
