I use plastic archival photo boxes with PrintFile pages.

no I came up with this a few minutes ago when I was organizing my slides and negatives. I had them in 3 ring binders but they were taking up so much space. Maybe that was the best way though. I could hang them in the file metal cabinet because I also have hangers for file folders. I thought about a fire proof file cabinet also. what to do.
Before you cut the film strips to fit the PrintFIles, consider the negative holders you'll use if you plan to scan, so they match in length and fit the holder.

Before that some of the negatives were just rolled up in one strip and put in film cannisters. Perfectly preserved since the late 1950s. Id also like to get a small light table so i can preview the negs and slides for scanning and printing.
oh that sounds good do you have a brand or part number link or anything? Im using PrintFile pages also.
Thanks for the advice.
This one in my dreams.

I still have boxes I bought like these that I bought from a place in Rochester NY, that I can't remember the name.
It sounds like you're talking about Light Impressions. They closed their retail store in Rochester years ago but still do online sales of framing, display & archival photo products, plus art supplies...
