Seriously? The IR Night Vision Goggle is the best accessory I have for loading holders and cutting film. I use an 87 IR filter on a 7.5w Kodak "beehive" safelight, directed to a white wall. Using the NVG, the entire darkroom is bathed in a soft glow. Its almost as if I'm working under a bright Thomas safelight.

How much are these newfangled thingies?
 
for the record, like it has been said, the only films that can be respooled under a safelight are orthochromatic films that are not sensitive to the red spectrum. Rollei and Adox make ortho films on 35mm and 120
 
Yeah, nice for loading holders too, (but being able to see might slow me down at this point).

I'm interested in it because Fujiroid transfers have to be made in darkness, and it's a biotch to center on the receptor and roll in the dark.
