I really don’t see the point of this, even without a bulk loader it takes me about a minute and a half at most to load a cassette. And I don’t even use reusable cassettes, I just just go to my local lab, ask them for cassettes, and they just dump the big box of them they have into a couple plastic bags for me.
If you are looking for a bulk loader, though, may I recommend the LPL dayroll deluxe. It is basically the predecessor of the AP bobbinquick, but much less expensive. it has a felt light trap that clamps down onto the film very tightly when the door is open, but when you close the door and put the winding key in, the felt opens up, allowing the film to move freely. This works so effectively that I have found almost 0 light piping when using the loader with 42L, which is notoriously terrible in that regard. And again, the felt doesn’t scratch the film because it opens up when you’re winding the film.
