There may be vignetting at the widest zoom setting. If this is the case, I expect this to be mostly gone by about 45mm.
One of they key issues with this lens for use on 120 film is that if you want a functioning aperture, you'll have to electronically control it, for instance with a butchered Canon EOS camera. If you're OK with only using it wide-open, you can ignore this.

Hello Koraks , Can I set the aperture to f:22 in the camera and remove the lens with setting in this aperture or removing the lens makes set to f:4.5 or so ?

You can indeed use a camera to set the aperture to f/22. Mount the lens on the camera, turn on the camera, then set the aperture to f/22 and press the depth-of-field preview button. If the camera doesn't have one, make a photo with a long shutter speed. While the aperture is stopped down, remove the lens from the camera. The aperture will then remain stuck at this value.

DIY Swing Lens 120 Film Jeff Bridges inspired Camera with Canon EF 35-80 - Which Format Should I go ?

I loved the attitude of jeff bridges to widelux cameras and I found his idea a widelux is between cinema and photography. It takes time photographs really.

As a poor folk , I found a canon ef 35-80 zoom lens and I want to take 35mm high format swing pictures with it when the lens set to f:22 and the zoom to 35mm.

I want to learn your wildest ideas what format should I go , 35mm X WHAT ?

Nominally, the lens will cover a 43mm circle. Some lenses have a rectangular baffle at the rear which may vignette the circle. 35x35mm fits in a 49mm circle.

This choice of lens is an awkward one to make a DIY camera.
