Can anyone help me date this Plus-X cassette?

I have a very old Kodak Plus-X cassette that I have never seen before: reloadable, rust-brown in color with deep yellow lettering and brushed, brassy colored end caps. Does anyone recognize this style of cassette, and if so, what year it might date to? Thanks.

I have a very similar one that expired in July, of 1952.

Those were the type meant to, if desired, could take daylight reloads. That's 1st generation Kodak. 40's very early 50's.

Thanks. Any idea how many years this style of cassette was in use? Am I a bad person for loading it with Delta 400??!
