I don't like using the leather "never ready" cases for my Rollei TLRs. Anyone have a recommendation for a good small bag for the camera, Rolleinars, filters and a few small accessories?

Yes, try the Crumpler 5-Million Dollar or 7-Millon Dollar home (yes, that is the name of the bags). I've got the 5-Million Dollar Home - it is a bit small, but should hold the Rollei.

I love my Lowepro Nova 3 for my Rolleiflex. The interior is about 7X10" divided into three adjustable sized compartments. My camera fits perfectly in the middle compartment and leaves a perfect sized compartment on one side for 10 rolls of film and on the other side my box of accessories and my Pentax spot meter. On the front of the bag is a pouch which holds loose filters and the pano head. The bag is about 10 inches tall on the inside. It is very durable and water resistant and light weight and I don't work for the company..

Oh yes and if that is not enough reasons.. the padded handle conforms into a perfect holder for a one liter bottle of water.

Gene, you got bit by the Tele bug?

I use a Lowepro Vidcam 2 bag,

for my Tele. It is just big enough to carry the camera plus the sort of accessories you mention -- the interior compartment has a single movable baffle so you can split the space neatly between camera and accessories.

Gene, good for you. I had the same disease progression -- my first serious camera was a Rolleiflex 3.5E but the Tele is my master now. But then I see you're from Richmond -- I was born and raised in Portsmouth -- maybe it's something in the water.
