Your copy stand will have to be as big as the column of an equivalent enlarger to make the same size prints. Have you ever seen the head of a 35mm enlarger? They can be pretty small and light. Depending on which 35mm camera you use, it could wind up being heavier than an enlarger head because you will have a shutter, mirror, a focusing helicoid and extension tube ,film transport, batteries, pentaprism, etc, not found on the enlarger head.I already have a copy stand...The are also very big and heavy...
