Caffenol Cookbook Website Down?

Hello All!

I am interested in learning about and experimenting with caffenol. Doing some google research over the last week about caffenol I found a reference to a site called www.caffenol-cookbook.com that has a book in PDF format called The Caffenol Cookbook and Bible available for download. However, my browser times out every time I attempt to connect to the website. Does anyone know if this site is still active? If not does anyone know of an alternate location where I can download the book? Amazon does not seem to have it.

I just downloaded it from that address without incident. (Don't know if I'll ever use it, but who knows!)
I'm in SE Pennsylvania on Verizon FiOS, Win 7x64 and Firefox 48.0.2, FWIW.

Wow! How weird! I'm in Toledo, Ohio and get timed out on both my Ipad 2 and my Windows 10 64 bit desktop. Guess I'll call my internet provider and see if there some sort of routing issue.
