I was in a rush yesterday while developing some 120 color negatives and completely forgot the stabilizer at the end. I already cut the negatives before I remembered I had skipped the last step and thought I'd ask if anyone had experience with restabilizing after the film has dried. Should I rewash the strips before stabilizing or would it be ok to use the stabilizer by itself?

I wouldn't worry on one roll. If you are doing a good job of washing. All you need at the end is Kodak Flexicolor final rinse, wetting agent and biocide or the regular stabilizer. Stabilizer is for washless minilabs. Depends on what chemistry you are using. I use the Flexicolor final rinse, super cheap.

If you really want to protect against a fungus getting in and feasting on the gelatin, go ahead and just wet the film with stabilizer for a minute or two. Dry and you are good to go.

OTOH, if you want to do it properly, re-wash and then apply the final rinse or stabilizer. The wash is to clear away any sediment or gunk that might be there from not using it.
