C&H CHN 210-48 glass and material cutter

I've got an older C&H CHN 210-48 that I would like to get up and running. It needs some cleaning, but it looks to me like everything is in order. Only thing I can't figure out is where the glass cutting wheel goes - I'm used to the Fletcher units.

Anyone use one? Maybe you'd be able to post a picture of the glass cutting wheel in place?
