You could also do your own. Processing C-41 film into negatives isn't really much harder than doing the same with B&W film; the main complication (to so exaggerate it) is keeping the temperature at 100F for the 3:15 required in the developer. This can be done with a water bath.
That said, turning film into negatives is just half the battle; you'll then need to print in a darkroom, scan, or take the negatives somewhere to have prints made. Depending on your existing equipment and skills, that might require extra investment or consume more time than you care to expend.
