Go with the cheaper postage option from Freestyle, it will still arrive in about one week. Arista Premium 400 B &W film is the same as Tri-X but a bit cheaper. If you are doing a group order be careful when it comes to dividing up the postage costs. Allow for about a $5 to $10 currency conversion charge by your credit card company. Be accurate with the ultimate cost per item so you know if you are really saving a realistic amount.

So we're swapping out the Tri-X for some Arista instead?

By the way, in Oz dollars, we're at $226.13 in total with the slower postage service. That's still only adding about $1.75 (AUD) to each item.... and every single one of those things is somewhere between half and a third of the cost of buying locally. So, we're still ahead of the game. Wake up, Australian film suppliers (or lack thereof, rather!)

Trimmed it down a little, and squeezed something else in. I think I'll go with both the Neopans as they both have the same developing time, incredibly convenient, and I'm kinda keen to try the 400. I'll try Arista next time.

15 x Fuji Neopan 1600
15 x Fuji Neopan 400
1 x Ilford Multigrade MGIV RC Deluxe D44M 8x10/100 sheets Pearl

SUB-TOTAL $206.19 USD

Priority Mail International = $67.49

You're probably going nuts by now Molli.

I've been awake since... um... Christmas? What day is it now? At any rate, nothing phases me once I pass Zombie day number 3

Regarding the Ilford Multigrade - are you wanting the one that's $5 cheaper packaged by Freestyle (58.99) - or the one in the Ilford packaging with a couple of Ilford Delta Pro 400 36exp rolls thrown in for $63.99?

you mean you're going to knock back two rolls of Delta Pro for five bucks? And all of that pretty Ilford branding?

Of course that'll all change as the time gets near & as needs change, but it does add up nicely, doesn't it? Well worthwhile.

On the subject of films and overseas orders, you can count me in for a Melbourne area group order. I'm in the east, not far from Eastlink.

So, now we have six weeks to agonise over variables and get Mr. Legend's order... and anyone else who might like to include items in the order.

The more the merrier!

OK, going to sit back with a film then go watch the sun go down with a mate & a beer.........

I'll give it some real thought tonight. It's a bit hard to concentrate while watching the cricket.

Your order, inquisitive urchin, stands! Leave be and go and watch your film and as for you Melbourne Legend, you've all the time in the world  No rush, enjoy the cricket!

Thank you for that, Goldie, no doubt Paul will make changes if the beer with the mate between now and getting back to this thread doesn't turn into ten or eleven beers with the mate
