The spontaneous shooting thread got me thinking about actually doing it. I figure to do it right I will need a flash and for the life of me I cannot find any information on the net about what kind of flash it takes. I looked on Ebay and flashes all say graphic or just press camera none say Busch, granted I did not look at them all. Will these work? or do I need something special? Next, When purchasing these older flashes is there anything I should be looking out for?

Thanks

Most of the older press cameras all used the same type of flash, do you have a flash terminal on your shutter? also, many of the flashes required a solinoid to sync correctly, I know a couple of the shutters I have require the solinoids to sync up, I also have a couple of shutters that have adjustment levers on them for the sync., most of the older press cameras also had brackets on the side, that many of the different flashes fit in.

Can you post a picture of your camera?
